		<description>Good points. Indeed sad that the association with war and depression pushed it out of effect, (well, I think it would have gone out in any case shortly after). But the point is that now that we&#039;re in a situation to re-implement urban agri.

Personally I think we should&#039;ve started ten (twelve) years ago by replacing city trees with fruit bearing ones, and not even charging people for the fruit. Nothing is a better incentive than a free piece of fresh fruit.</description>
