Penelope (aka Penny) loves the details that help a business run efficiently. It’s likely this avid interest in the minutia that keeps all three offices running smoothly. That, and her experience owning and operating a 50s retro clothing boutique in her hometown of LA. Though she left her store behind when she moved, she’s maintained a love of vintage clothing, and is always sporting unique pieces. With a Bachelor of International Area Studies, Penny loves traveling and even spent a year exploring East Asia. It’s this adventurous spirit that led Penny around the country and to Kansas City, where she joined Hoerr Schaudt and began building the company’s inaugural Intranet system.
