Continued Landscape Management PM - Chicago

We’re looking for a creative, client focused and plant loving individual with landscape maintenance or landscape construction experience to join our Continued Landscape Management team. As project manager, your typical responsibilities will include onsite maintenance walkthrough documentation and reporting, seasonal rotation coordination and layout, on site plant layout, vendor and contractor coordination, material specification, plant material procurement / plant tagging and project cost analysis.

A successful candidate will be rigorously organized, enjoy client communication and thrive in a team setting which prioritizes both client service as well as staff professional development. While a degree in landscape architecture is preferred but not required, a degree in a similar field and experience in landscape architecture will also be considered.

• Expert in written and verbal communication skills, particularly with internal team members and clients/customers
• Excellent organizational and task management skills, including detail-oriented and timeliness
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Partial mastery of Bluebeam Revu and Adobe InDesign

Some travel is required during the weekdays only.
