Project Manager, Construction Management
Minimum 5 years' experience required
The role leads the day-to-day work on high end residential projects sites. This person will be responsible for all activities related to individual projects including: project scope and bidder(trades) identification, project take-offs, proposal development, schedule development and management, coordinating/sequencing and management of all contractors, assembling invoicing packages on behalf of clients. The Project Manager will perform quality control assessments throughout the delivery of the project to ensure contractors are delivering their efforts per their contract documents.
This role reports to the Construction Management GM.
