Project Manager, Siteworks – Chicago

This role leads day to day project level efforts in Landscape Construction Observation and Construction Management within our Siteworks team. As a Siteworks Project Manager, your typical tasks will include extensive research, material specifications, drawing set review and analysis, plant material procurement and plant tagging, contractor correspondence, project cost analysis, high level client, architect, engineer and landscape architect correspondence. In addition, Construction Management efforts will include bidding, sales, sequencing, scheduling, construction coordination, contractor invoice management and quality control assessment of built work on the behalf of clients. A successful candidate will be highly organized, have a knack for record keeping and thrive in a team setting.
