Before a career in landscape architecture, Aaron’s deep passion for theatre led him around the Midwest working for various theatre institutions. After earning his undergraduate degree in theatre arts from Illinois Wesleyan University, his appreciation for art and design evolved into pursuing a Master of Landscape Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduating, Aaron returned to Chicago to be closer to family, and to enjoy the vibrant theatre scene and beaches he missed while in Philadelphia. At Hoerr Schaudt, he continues to nurture his passion for tangible, land-based work and wishes to inspire others to be stewards of the land, the climate, and their communities.
