Annie Purcell
Designer II

Coming from a family of architects, Annie was raised with an appreciation for the built environment. Paired with a desire to be outdoors rather than in, landscape architecture is a perfect match. Following undergrad, they worked on farms before making their way into landscape gardening. A favorite memory of theirs involves a work exchange at a butterfly garden in Laos. During the day, they guided visitors through the gardens and showed them the butterflies, and at night they camped next to waterfalls.

As part of Hoerr Schaudt’s Continued Landscape Management group, Annie lives out their passion daily by working with plants and getting others excited about them. When they’re not busy getting their hands dirty, they enjoy dancing, reading, and doing arts and crafts.
