Eric brings 30 years of experience in architecture, interiors, and project management to Hoerr Schaudt.

From a young age, he knew his passion for drawing, building, and creating meant he was destined to be an architect. After graduating from the University of Kansas, Eric moved to Chicago to pursue his career in architecture.  Over the years, he discovered a knack for project management, a skill he refined while executing numerous corporate interior projects in Chicago and across the country. His impressive portfolio shows his commitment to quality and excellence, delivering everything from small boutique workspaces to large-scale corporate headquarter projects.  Eric is most passionate about executing the vision, getting it done right, and having fun in the process.

Even though Eric was born in Kansas City and raised in St. Louis, Chicago is his home. After all, he’s lived here longer than any other place. After several years in California, he’s happy to be back in Chicago, closer to friends and family, and can’t wait to visit Sushi Dokku more often for Godzilla Rolls.
