Erik Dayrell
Senior Associate

Erik discovered his interest in landscape architecture as a zoology major in college, and ultimately chose to include plants in his study of living things. After school, he spent time in England studying the effects of enclosure design on animals before turning to larger, land-based restoration. Today, he especially enjoys the combination of biology, environmental awareness, engineering, and art that come together in landscape design.

In his spare time, Erik enjoys woodworking, rock climbing, and spending time with friends and family. Hailing from a small town in Michigan, he attended Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and the University of Michigan where he earned a Master of Landscape Architecture.
