Ethan Rosenblum
Associate IV

Ethan grew up in the Southeast between Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee before making his way to Kansas City in 2021. He brings seven years of industry experience to our Siteworks team, where he draws upon his construction background as a project controller and manager for various general contractors. Spending a lot of time outdoors growing up and visiting impressive landmarks, like the Biltmore Estate, sparked his interest in the industry and finding a way to create outdoor spaces for people to enjoy.

Outside of the office, Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife and four dogs, catching up on the latest episode of a favorite TV show (Succession most recently), and finding a restaurant that can top his favorite, Gipson’s BBQ in Huntsville, Alabama. Ethan is also a member of the Mid-America Rugby Referees Society and can regularly be found refereeing on the pitch during weekends in the fall and spring.
