Jess is the multitasking mastermind working behind the scenes to keep the partners of Hoerr Schaudt at the top of their game. In addition to coordinating, organizing, and keeping things on schedule, she is a facilitator who always seeks ways to streamline processes to keep us as efficient as possible. Her highly motivated and upbeat demeanor is the cherry on top, and we're grateful to have her as part of the team. Outside of the office, you'll likely find Jess engrossed in a true crime podcast, trying out new restaurants around Chicago (bonus points if it's Italian), and taking her one-year-old puppy to the dog park.
