Maria Landoni
Associate Principal

Coming from a family of architects, design and construction have always been in Maria’s DNA. Growing up in a national park—between Patagonia and Buenos Aires in Argentina—she loved being surrounded by pristine nature and plants from an early age. Once she discovered landscape architecture as a profession, she never looked back. Since obtaining her master’s at UC Berkeley, Maria has practiced urban design, horticulture, and landscape architecture at a wide range of scales for over a decade.

Maria offers a unique, culturally informed aesthetic, having grown up and studied in Argentina and having lived and worked in the United States and beyond. Her love for the industry comes from believing that landscape architecture can fully and wholistically transform physical environments by bringing health, meaning, beauty, and connection to people and the systems that sustain us. When she’s not working, you’ll either find her curled up with a book and a café con leche or outdoors gardening and beekeeping.
