Over the last 20 years, Meg has held various leadership roles, working in schools, districts, and companies in Ohio, New York City, and Chicago. Drawn to working with people, she finds the most joy in recruiting, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and supporting employees and leaders. At Hoerr Schaudt, Meg is our trusted matchmaker, excelling at placing the right people in the right positions to benefit our team and work. One of her favorite parts of the job? Seeing people challenged, fulfilled, and finding value in their role and as part of a team.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Meg doing something active outdoors, spending time with her family, or volunteering in her community. With an affinity to try new things, Meg’s latest venture (inspired by her daughter) is mastering how to ride a unicycle.
