Priya Ramanujan

Priya grew up in Bangalore, India, an incredible city where she was exposed to several different cultures, languages, and experiences. During an internship in her fifth year of architecture school, Priya started noticing relationships between people and outdoor spaces, which provoked her to pursue landscape architecture and how to design spaces that cater to humans and non-humans. Today, this continues to spark her curiosity in landscapes; she is most passionate about creating equitable public spaces that boost physical and mental health for all.

Outside of the studio, Priya enjoys cooking, singing, and dancing. She loves living in Chicago for its energy, architecture, and food – the perfect place to begin the next chapter of her life and career.
