Sijia Jiang
Intern

Sijia Jiang brings a rich cultural foundation from China to her Master of Landscape Architecture studies at Harvard Graduate School of Design, and to our Kansas City office as an intern. She is passionate about the delicate balance between natural and artificial elements in built landscape environments. Her work is deeply informed by her passion for photography, believing that the way that landscapes are captured reveals new perspectives within a design. Post graduating from Beijing Forestry University, Sijia views the desire to create impactful spaces for people to use and enjoy as a designer's most important responsibility.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys playing piano and practices fencing, and recently took a transformative trip to visit the world's only accessible volcano in Iceland.
