In order to maximize outdoor living space, Hoerr Schaudt designed a rooftop garden above the garage featuring a delicate trellis to filter the undesirable views off site. Below, a small family garden area leads to a sport court for basketball and skating. The main courtyard encloses a fire pit and entertaining space.
