November 20, 2025 - We are pleased to share that our project has been featured in Old New House. The article highlights the transformation of a former concrete parking lot in historic Columbus, Ohio into a vibrant English-inspired garden. Led by Hoerr Schaudt co-founder Doug Hoerr, the design introduces a rich interplay of color, pattern, and seasonal interest. Symmetrical lines anchor the space, while natural, free-flowing plantings create a sense of surprise and discovery. The result is a multi-seasonal viewing garden that brings new life, beauty, and purpose to the property. What was once a utilitarian lot is now a refined retreat that enhances the family’s everyday experience and strengthens the character of this historic schoolhouse.
