With that, we say goodbye to the top floor at 850 W Jackson, our home for the past 17 years. This space has been a catalyst for groundbreaking landscapes; it’s where Doug Hoerr and Peter Schaudt merged their two independent practices back in 2008. We’ve hosted industry icons, countless pinups, client meetings, college tours, and industry events within these walls. It’s where many of us heard about and grieved the unexpected loss of our dear friend and founder, Peter. It’s the space where our book Movement and Meaning was born and launched. This is where we celebrated our new partnership, witnessed the growth of some epic office plants, and saw explosive growth as our team continues to expand.
A new chapter is coming, and we can’t wait to share more of what’s ahead!
