Carroll serves as President of Hoerr Schaudt, where she leads the firm’s executive team and oversees core operations including finance, human resources, marketing, and IT. With more than 20 years at the firm and as a partner since 2019, she has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and in transforming the culture, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and people-centered environment.

Her strengths lie in her disciplined and strategic approach to leadership, shaped by peer insights and a commitment to continuous learning that supports thoughtful decision-making. She played a key role in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), helping align the organization around clear priorities, accountability, and scalable processes. Carroll is passionate about recruiting, retaining, and mentoring exceptional professionals, taking pride in supporting their long-term growth and success.

She is also actively involved in innovation across the practice, championing the integration of technology and systems that enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. Carroll was recently recognized as a Chicago Titan 100, honoring her as one of the city’s top women leaders in business.
