Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Hannah Brown’s path to landscape architecture began in the vegetable fields around her hometown, where years in sustainable agriculture sparked a passion for designing places that nourish both people and ecology. After several seasons working throughout the Atlanta area, she chose to return to school to pursue a degree in landscape architecture, channeling her hands-on horticultural experience into thoughtful design. An internship with a permaculture designer—crafting edible streetscapes and micro–food forests—focused her interests on community‑engaged, plant‑forward public spaces and educational landscapes. When she's not working, you'll find her hiking, running, sketching, reading, cooking, and going to the movies.
