Jennifer’s undergraduate background in urban planning gave way to her exploration into the many different studios—everything from architecture to furniture design—and ultimately led her to fall in love with landscape design. The more she learned about landscape architecture, the more she became drawn to it. Upon graduating with her masters in both landscape architecture and urban design from Washington University in St Louis, Jennifer headed (slightly) west to kick off her career at Hoerr Schaudt’s Kansas City office. As a stickler for the details, Jennifer loves getting into the construction minutiae of a plan, schematic design, and learning new things.

When she’s not immersed in modeling and graphic design software, Jennifer finds solace in a long list of hobbies, including video editing, drawing, calligraphy, camping, and swimming.
