Originally from St. Louis, Jennifer brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach shaped by her background in development, design, and construction. As a Taiwanese-American, she values the influence of culture and environment in shaping how people experience space.
Jennifer began her career managing large-scale, high-end multifamily developments, coordinating across architects, engineers, contractors, and city officials to bring complex projects to life. She later transitioned into the custom residential world, focusing on design and construction for high-end homes. This range of experience gives her a strong understanding of both the technical and human sides of the built environment.
She is inspired by the opportunity to elevate everyday environments through thoughtful design and has a particular interest in how horticulture can enhance the way people live and interact with their surroundings. Known for her curiosity and collaborative mindset, Jennifer is passionate about continually learning and growing within the industry.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time in the mountains, as well as exploring new cities with family and friends.
