At Hoerr Schaudt, we’re often buried deep in the weeds—er, plants—as we focus on what we do best: landscape architecture. Michael helps make this possible for our team as our CFO, responsible for crunching numbers behind the scenes as he advises leadership on our financial strategy. With 30 years of accounting experience under his belt, including 25 in financial leadership, Michael is an expert at reducing needless complexities and helps keep things running smoothly.

Michael is the co-inventor of two U.S. patents, plans to run a marathon one day, and is an avid reader outside of the office. One of his favorite reads? "American Icon: Alan Mulally and the Fight to Save Ford Motor Company" by Bryce G. Hoffman.
