Stephanie grew up between the southwest suburbs of Kansas City and Southern Illinois, surrounded by a family rooted in both craft and care. She studied Business Management at Rockhurst University before taking time to explore psychology, biology, English, and physiology at SIU, fueling her wide-ranging curiosity. Before joining Hoerr Schaudt, she supported a Michelin-starred chef as part of a small administrative team overseeing three restaurants. She brings ten years of experience and a passion for precision.

Stephanie came to Chicago for an opportunity to work with the incoming President of Coldwell Banker and quickly built a life in the city she feels she was always meant to call home. One of her favorite career moments was partnering with Guaranteed Rate Affinity to launch new service offerings with Coldwell Banker. Outside of work, she enjoys fashion, fabric dyeing, fiber art, and hunting for vintage pieces for her home. She volunteers with local organizations, listens to Rich Roll on her morning walks, dreams of Berlin, and still finds joy in unexpected skills like playing the trumpet.
