Growing up in Marietta, Georgia, Will spent much of his childhood outdoors—whether playing sports, hiking, or participating in Boy Scouts. Combined with a creative influence from his mother, an interior designer, those experiences naturally led him toward landscape architecture as the perfect blend of design and nature. After earning his undergraduate degree at Auburn University, Will moved north to pursue his Master of Landscape Architecture at The Ohio State University before joining Hoerr Schaudt as a Landscape Architect Intern in Chicago.

Will is passionate about reimagining the way people experience nature, believing that thoughtfully designed landscapes can encourage stronger connections between people and the environment. He's excited to experience everything Chicago has to offer while spending the summer in a city he'd never visited before. Outside the office, Will enjoys staying active through golf, basketball, workouts, and exploring metro parks.
