Over the past twenty years, Chicago native Conway has helped manage and advance the firm, maximizing the efficacy of Hoerr Schaudt’s business practices through strategic leadership and operations. During her tenure, the company has grown from eight employees to almost 60 across three nationwide locations and she is proud to have been directly involved in every company hire. Her commitment to the firm and its mission has yielded significant growth in both size and revenue and has enabled Hoerr Schaudt to realize its vision of designing beautiful and purposeful residential and commercial gardens around the country.
