Stan Szwalek PLA
Associate Principal

Stan excels at prioritizing and communicating what needs to happen and when, a trait that has made him a beloved leader by all who work on his team. Through creating solid and clear courses of action, Stan exemplifies his knack for creating systems, which function as a strong foundation for his role as project manager. Driven to make a difference and enhance people’s lives, Stan works primarily on urban spaces and education campuses, striving to impact as many people as possible through design.

Though originally from Northern Michigan, Stan veered far from home when he ventured to Norway for six years. Here, he and his family lived for six years, exploring the great fjords and learning the language. He has an appetite for adventuring and hiking, which lured him to the Milford Track in New Zealand (and eighteen other countries). Fair warning: he can pin most folks to the floor in mere seconds as a two-time All-State wrestler, but his kindhearted nature means he probably won’t.
