John leads Hoerr Schaudt’s construction administration studio, where he focuses nonstop on craft, tactility, and longevity. Though design and plant selection are invaluable parts of the process, so is the realization of the design, and John works tirelessly on making sure that the implementation of the project is in exact accordance with the visualization.

With an in-depth knowledge of plant material performance, John has also worked in landscape construction, so he is able to speak both languages to ensure not only that the designs are built, but that they grow, flourish, and continue to delight over time.
